Offer design · offer engineering
The offer cold traffic actually buys, before anyone optimizes anything.
The product stays yours. We build the architecture around it: promise, anchor, risk reversal, bundles, price ladder. The lever that comes before all the others.

Why the offer comes before optimization
You cannot optimize a page into success if the offer behind it is weak. The product is what you manufacture. The offer is what people buy. Promise, protection, extras, deadline and frame decide whether the same cream at 49 euros reads as "expensive" or as a 28-day routine with a guarantee.
That is why our system starts at the offer in Phase O. The landing experience (Phase L) and the ads (Phase D) then sell something that is sellable.
The building blocks we work on
- Offer architecture: dream outcome, mechanism, chain of proof. What exactly is being promised here, and why is it credible?
- Price psychology: anchors, price ladder (entry, core, premium), charm versus prestige pricing, thresholds.
- Risk reversal: guarantees with a date and teeth, written for conversion and calculated for margin.
- Bundles and AOV mechanics: problem bundles instead of quantity discounts, shipping thresholds, post-purchase upsells.
- Legal safety for German-speaking markets: price indication rules, the 30-day lowest price reference, button solution. US mechanics filtered through German law.
Tested at the edge, rolled out at the core
We test new offers on paid landing pages and in email segments before the shop gets rebuilt. Two weeks there show what a rollout would show in two months, without irritating existing customers or publicly digging up your price architecture. Winners then travel everywhere: as an ad angle, as a PDP reason to buy, as an email subject line.
Frequently asked
Our product is good, is that not enough?
A good product is the precondition, not the offer. Cold traffic does not know your product and compares in seconds. Without an anchor, without risk reversal, without a clear promise, the competitor with the better frame wins, not the better product.
Does offer design mean discounting?
The opposite. Good offer design protects margin. Bonuses, bundles and guarantees raise perceived value at calculable cost. Discounts are the last tool, not the first.
How fast does a new offer show effect?
On paid landing pages immediately: same ads, new offer, the conversion difference shows within days. The shop-wide rollout follows only after the proof.
